ORDER PROCESSING

Most Trial of Willow products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and processed before shipment. Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING TIME

After processing, standard United States delivery typically takes 3–8 business days. Most orders should arrive within approximately 5–13 business days from the date of purchase. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping within the United States is free unless otherwise stated during checkout. Any available expedited shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a correction. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipped.

DELAYS

Trial of Willow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us through our website’s contact page.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, duties, and taxes are displayed at checkout when applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their destination country.
